The game

VinylPeek (https://vinylpeek.com) is provided as-is for entertainment. We may change or discontinue features, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Your account

Don't use a display name that's abusive, impersonates someone else, or is otherwise offensive — we may change or remove it. Don't automate, script or otherwise manipulate scores; leaderboard entries obtained that way will be removed. All scores are recalculated server-side, so a modified client won't get you anywhere.

You can have your account deleted at any time — see deleting your account and data in the privacy policy.

Premium

  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time; access runs to the end of the paid period.
  • Lifetime purchases are one-off and don't expire.
  • UK and EU customers have a 14-day right to cancel. Since access is granted immediately, you agree to that immediate start. For a refund, email vp-info@ai-up.co.uk.
  • Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Cover art and metadata

Album metadata comes from MusicBrainz and cover images from the Cover Art Archive. Artwork remains the property of its respective copyright holders and is shown here for identification in a game of recognition. If you hold rights to an image and want it removed, email vp-info@ai-up.co.uk and we'll take it down.

When a record is revealed we show links to find it on Discogs, eBay, Amazon and streaming services. Some of those are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a small commission if you buy something — at no extra cost to you. This never influences which albums appear in the game, and links are labelled where a commission applies. Streaming links earn us nothing; they are there because people want to hear the record they have just identified.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, VinylPeek is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
